Dia del Niño
Join Denver Botanic Gardens for a hands-on activity inspired by their Natural History Collections! As part of the Butterfly Día del Niño Celebration on April 4 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, kids can explore dried plant samples and arrange them on paper—just like scientists creating an herbarium.
Participants will learn how plants are preserved and studied, get a glimpse of their Arthropod Collection, and take home their own unique botanical artwork.
Acompaña a Denver Botanic Gardens en una actividad inspirada en sus Colecciones de Historia Natural como parte de la celebración del Día del Niño en Butterfly Pavillion el 4 de abril de 9:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m., Los niños podrán explorar muestras de plantas secas y organizarlas sobre papel, tal como lo hacen los científicos al crear un herbario.
